Reviews and Ratings
My stay at the Hilton Waikoloa Village was a mixed bag. The grounds are absolutely stunning and the lagoon is a dream for snorkeling, but there were a few issues that marred the overall experience. While I loved the spacious rooms and unique dining options, I found the prices to be quite high, and some aspects of the service left much to be desired. Be prepared for a confusing layout and high additional fees that can add up quickly.
I had an absolutely wonderful time at the resort, surrounded by stunning landscapes and vibrant lagoons filled with fish and sea turtles. The big pool with the waterfall was breathtaking, and the staff made us feel right at home. However, I did find the restaurant prices a bit high, and there could have been more dining options after 6 PM.
The resort offers a beautiful lagoon perfect for snorkeling with sea turtles and colorful fish, along with immaculate grounds that are a treat for the eyes. Rooms are spacious and comfortable, but the service leaves much to be desired—especially for diamond members. Dining options are abundant but tend to be quite pricey.
I had high hopes for this hotel, but the experience was frustrating. The good things were the beautiful lagoon for snorkeling and some vibrant, well-kept grounds. However, the service felt more focused on selling timeshares than guest satisfaction, and the dining options were overpriced. I won't be recommending this place to my friends.
I had a great time at this resort, enjoying the beautiful lagoon for snorkeling and the diverse dining options, although the food was quite pricey. The spacious and well-maintained grounds provided a perfect backdrop for relaxation, but it was disappointing to find the pool unheated, which affected my overall enjoyment.
